A celebration on SEGA AGES this week
Posted by: ResidentSD
The reason we all love SEGA is that they've been behind some superb games and game series in the past. Back in the year 2000, we saw the debut of three classic games which were remembered as some of the best that the Dreamcast had to offer and, in some cases, either saw the start of a gaming series or a reboot of a classic series.
This Friday on SEGA AGES, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the release of Jet Set Radio, Phantasy Star Online and Skies of Arcadia by playing tracks from these three classic games, and these three games only. Not only that, but I want to hear about your memories and experiences of one of more of these games. Tell me what you thought of them in the forum thread here, and I'll read out some of the best on the show.
Find out more about how to request tracks, plus details of a prize and how you can win it on this week's In Reverse Super 7 after the jump!

I'm writing this, with my fingers crossed, in fear that it may break again :P but it looks as though the RSS feed for the blog is working again.
Feel free to try it and let me know whether it is working or not for you in the comments or in the forum thread under "News, Comments and Support"

News Regarding RS LIVE! MP3 Podcasts
Posted by: Gavvie
Hello all.
If you're a regular downloader of the MP3 podcasts from FastFeet Media, you might've noticed over the last couple of days that the site was down.
Well, we're pleased to tell you that it's back up again, so feel free to hit the Podcast Directory and get downloading! The latest podcasts from all our shows should be on there very soon!
Cheers,
Gavvie

To All Podcast Feed Subscribers
Posted by: ResidentSD
If you're a subscriber to any of the podcast RSS feeds for shows we host ourself (that is every show except Radio Redux), we have some important information which you'll need to read to keep enjoying your favourite RadioSEGA podcasts. However, if you subscribe via iTunes or simply download the episodes you want, the news here does not affect you so don't worry about it!
However, if you do subscribe to our podcast RSS feeds, you will need to update the feed address used in your podcatcher to subscribe to our RadioSEGA feeds as they have now moved to a different server. To get the new feed address, simply visit the Shows & Podcasts page and copy the address of the 'Subscribe via RSS' hyperlink, which should start www.radiosega.net/feeds. You will then need to update your podcatching software with this new address. The software's help section or support website should tell you how to do this.
The old feeds, who's addresses start mysega.co.uk/podcasts, will continue to be updated for the next couple of weeks, after which you will need to be subscribed to the new feeds to continue receiving your favourite RadioSEGA shows automatically. But why wait? Update now and make sure you're receiving the best SEGA radio shows anywhere online!
If you have any problems moving to our new feeds, please post them over on the RadioSEGA Forums. I've setup a dedicated thread here. If you have any questions, queries or problems at all, post there and I'll do what I can to help.
A reminder - if you subscribe via iTunes or download manually, the information above doesn't affect you! Plus, as Radio Redux is hosted by Sonic Wrecks not RadioSEGA, their feeds are not affected either!

Project 7 - RadioSEGA Does Reviews!
Posted by: Gavvie
Hi all.
It's been a while since we last told you about Project 7, the long awaited update that RadioSEGA and its users have been crying out for (it's still coming, don't worry!) But today, we're pleased to bring you the first big announcement...Well, since we announced that we were doing live shows, anyway!
When Project 7 launches this year, RadioSEGA will be offering more than just a 24/7 Live Stream, and more than our Live Shows, which have been amazingly popular. Along with a couple of returning features that we'll tell you about nearer the time, we will start to offer you reviews of SEGA games AND soundtracks!
On top of reviewing the latest SEGA titles and soundtracks (where appropriate), we'll also be looking back at games gone by with a feature I'm currently calling Retroviews. The format of the review will be the same, only with older games.
But wait, there's more! Continue reading to find out how YOU can get involved...
