Re: Gaming Music at the BBC Proms

Now that I've listened to it they had Ecco the Dolphin. Sadly only one Sega game but the other music was really good as well.

Re: What was your first Sonic game?

Sonic 1 on the Master System and truth be told I prefer it over the 16 bit version.

Re: Mega drive/ Genesis multi game carts and reproductions

I haven't tried the multi game carts myself. I prefer having an everdrive so I can add romhacks/homebrew to it whenever I want but I understand how handy the multicarts can be. The colour/sound might potentially be because the roms are intended for a different market. Like playing NTSC on a PAL for ...

Re: Old or Retro Games you still want

I've been eyeing Robo Aleste / Dennin Aleste for the Sega CD for a while. It's a really fun game, but it looks like prices have gone up since I last checked (as expected, mumble grumble). It has been announced for the Mega Drive Mini 2 and preorders are open again on Amazon Japan. They haven't anno...

Re: Best Video Game Boxart?

I picked up the Mega Drive port of Buck Rogers: Countdown to Doomsday a couple of months ago and I think the cover is pretty badass. If this works it's to the Amiga version but the main art is till the same.

Re: Old or Retro Games you still want

I’m kind of tempted to pick up Tiny Toon Adventures for the Mega Drive, Scramble Spirit and Sagaia for the Master System. Land of Illusion has also caught my eye but my sister still has our copy from when we were kids.

I’m also waiting for so many Mega Drive Kickstarter games…..

Re: Still Dead, Huh?

I think forums overall are having this problem. I use Discord and it's good for wanting ongoing quick back and forth conversations but from my experience it's terrible for archival and wanting to find posts after the fact. Yeah you can search on the server but as far as I'm aware they don't appear i...

Re: What Are You Playing Now?

I’m playing No More Heroes on the Wii, I’m currently the country’s fourth best assassin (soon to be third) so I’m kinda a big deal :P

I’m also playing Line of Fire on the Master System for the weekly high score challenge competition. I just picked up a 32X as well so need to give that a try.
