Virgin Megastores became Zavvi. Zavvi died both on the high street and online. The Hut bought Zavvi's website and brought it back to life.

Picked up Chime and Poker Night at the Inventory from Steam for the princely sum of £2.95.

That's cheaper than a service station sandwich and much more enjoyable.

Recent purchase? Well I guess it wasn't really a game but a Neogeo MVS->AES adapter so that I can satisfy my Metal Slug, Windjammer, KOF or last blade itch on my telly instead of turning the cabinet on.

New bios in the AES too! I did initially screw up putting in a socket and damaged two traces but I did fix it in the end with a the help of data blades over the 68000 cpu and the rom and a multimeter.

Pac-Man CEDX, since I turned my 360 on and suddenly found myself with 1000 more points than I remember having. Also got a 200msp Pinball FX table.

Infinity Blade.

If you have an iOS devide, you need this game. It's the most breath-taking game I've yet played when it comes to graphics:

Those screenies don't do it justice!

The gameplay is fantastic too, fast and furious with perfect touch control.
