Victory is really good, a lot has been improved, also Mk2 is what helped Neptunia become really fun. Give that one a go after.

I was content with the combat, I liked the 3D effect and feel it came off pretty nice and didn't see the issue with the jumping; maybe I'll look back at that again.

The music, I didn't pay much attention to.

bought a mad catz black arcade stick and already have buyers remorse. it's good but I got rid of all this extravagant harware type stuff last year. Flatmate took one look at it and said 'is that a controller for disabled people!?'.

This is the first time I've bothered with Rune Factory after not being as massive fan of the original. If the latest one (4?) gets released here I may be tempted for monster waifus.
