Lucky Star is one of the few series I dropped outright and have no desire to try again with, along with Haruhi and Angel Beats.

Watched the full version of Another this week. Really, really impressed! I think it's quite immersive at points and even though loads of gore isn't my thing, it's great when it's combined with a great and relevant story. I also watched the first two episodes of Hellsing which I have no idea why I didn't see it before. That looks pretty good and a kickass opening theme. For that, I think the english dubbed voices are better, apart from Alucard.

Been watching Gunslinger Girl & Elfen Lied lately. Never got around to watching all of the latter, but now I am. Man, it's been a while since I've seen violence like that in Lied since Deadman Wonderland.

I've had Elfen Lied in my "Plan to watch" list for quite a while... that and Hellsing Ultimate.

...I just can't cope with the gore though...

Maybe you should watch something else then? Keroro Gunso might be up your alley.

Not gore I'd say, just blood splatter.
There's worse out there than that.

Elfen Lied is one of those shows you should watch when you're younger, when you get older you realise just how lame it is. Awesome OP though.

I'm 18, where do I fall into the spectrum? XD

I only watched like the first three eps of Lied before all of a sudden I've stopped watching it (can't remember why tho). But it is nice to get back into and finishing watching the whole thing.

EDIT: Currently on episode 7, I think.
