Decided to go with these rules for my HeartGold Nuzlocke run

-If im in a new area and the first Pokemon I see is one I already own. I can KO that Pokemon and catch the next new Pokemon.
-Battle is set to...set
-If one of my pokemon get KO'd i will NOT be releasing it. Instead i will be permanently boxing that pokemon till the end game (Fight with Red) I do not want to start this game again after Nuzlocke!
-No Legendaries
-I have to name all the new pokemon I catch.
Pretty standard rules here; with a bit of changes here and there.

I was going to add the No Fleeing rule but i can see that being a giant pain.

Edit: Will also be updating this about my exploits aswell http://gonicsdomain.blog.com/
Edit2: Rules dont get enforced til i get pokeballs.

What's "Super Training"? I'm picturing a Pikachu on Steroids.

Well, I've got a Pokemon with the Pokerus. Do Pokemon with the Pokerus double gained EVs when Super Training?

Oh and this is my first post. I never use the Forums.

Yes; Pokemon with Pokerus get double the gained EVs. That'll make your Super Training really, REALLY worthwhile.

Because I've been associating myself as a listener of this fine radio station for 2 years now. I'll feel a bit stupid if I introduce myself as a N00B now.

Not a noob. A new forum member. No shame in that. Not many people around here know you apart from the show DJs and IRC users, so it can be a good thing.

Anyway, back to the Pokemanz convo.
