If I'm pouring into the glass then it's half full, if I'm removing the contents then it's half empty.

This almost seemed like a no brainer but now I think about it I'm not so sure.

Atari Jaguar cuz it has 3 great games Tempest 2000, Aliens vs Predator and Rayman

That's a difficult one; the characters intoduced in Street Fighter III were much more interesting than those introduced in Street Fighter IV, however, I have to pick SFIV as it was the game that really got me involved with the franchise and I don't think I would have played SFIII if I hadn't played SFIV beforehand.
