I actually did a time attack run in Metroid Zero Mission. As long as I've owned the game, I never tried it before. I managed to snag 1h 48m 32s total of 70% item pickup. Going to try for 1h next time around

World Tour on Transformed now beat!
I feel quite pleased now. Though just getting a console mod for all my efforts seems a bit disappointing now that I think about it.

Voice acting is terrible pretty much across the board. The story is passable, but would've been shit had the game actually been any good. Gameplay was standard Phantasy Star fare, which is to say that it was fairly good.

My main gripe with it, however, is the difficulty spike at the end. For 11 chapters the game is happy to let you pretty much waltz through, but the last chapter suddenly throws the highest levelled characters at you, dealing attacks that can wipe chunks off your health bar if you're not careful. I was Level 51 when I started, and it still took me bloody ages.

THEN, when you get to the final boss, the difficulty drops again, because he was a piece of piss. So confusing.
Wow, that's a blast from the past! I don't remember the difficulty spiking in the campaign, but I do remember some of the timed achievements got annoying. Despite the rubbish story, dialogue & voice acting, for some reason, I still kinda dug the campaign :D Even the credits song at the end of every "episode" was beautiful, yet cheesy :D

Pic says it all. :p

When getting round to playing Sonic '06 at last, I was expecting the endurance test of a freakin' lifetime thanks to its notorious reception. But apparently, my patience ended up taking it in almost TOO well. Highlights included thus:
- Clearing Silver's Billiards in less than 10 minutes
- The ridiculous amount of patience for the mach speed sections paying off
- Shadow's train chase at Radical Train was by far more tedious than any of Sonic's mach speeds as well as any other vehicle part in the game
- The silly couple of times I went through the scenery in Sonic's Wave Ocean (oddly didn't happen elsewhere)
- Barely making it through Silver's section at the End of the World; his feet were IN the sand as I got close to the stairs leading to the Chaos Emerald, how I made it still baffles me
- Checkpoint starvation at Shadow's Aquatic Base early on - six minutes wasted from a failed jump using Silver
- My only known game over being a defeat from Silver using Shadow after the aforementioned difficulties at Radical Train

Still a flawed game by what I saw, including all the ridiculous slowdown I've seen throughout, but I still felt it was doable to get all the way through to the end... unlike a couple of Spyro's outings x_X

Soooo I am tempted to play Sonic 06 One day, but right now I can't since I don't have a PS3 or a 360.
Buuut yeah. I just want to try it just for the lol, since it looks fun (the buggy way)

Just finished Tomb Raider. It's an okay game, a mix of Uncharted and Arkham Asylum. But if this game managed to bomb and Square-Enix decided to kill off the franchise I don't think I'd even notice.
