Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes

Want. Is anyone else thinking of picking up Capcom's bizarre take on the battle of seikigahara? I may wait until Christmas but I really do want it.

Im still considering if i should get it, theres to many games coming out now and im trying to save some money for my own place.
Looks super neat and i really want to play it, might give it a rent then buy it when the price goes down.

'Do you like Samurai Heroes?!'

'Kind of. It's not very entertaining but the characters have charm'

'how would you like to buy a Capcom version where we change the characters, in some cases add jetpacks and give them a sex change?'

'Uhh....alright'

'How much will you pay?'

'Wait, you want me to pay? Nevermind then'

I Just got it today from HMV (You'll have to look at the released games area as its a "silent release") and I like it as its over the top and arcadey with the same controles from the "Warriors" games also its got some humor in the dialoge and the reactions too.

Also unlike the "Warriors" series theres true replability as once you complete the story one way, other routes will become available and will compleatly change the story!!

Can't say I'm too interested in it to be honest.

Sure, it looks a spot more arcadey than the more authentic looking Samurai Warriors series, but if I wanted a hack and slasher I'd go with Koei over Capcom any day of the week.

I'm surprised to see it getting mixed reviews. GameTrailers hated it, but it did great on 1up. Anybody actually play it themselves?

Yeah to me it looks like a blatant ripoff even down to the way the map looks and musou attacks.
