    Revenge Of Shinobi - Terrible Beat. That song sticks in my head.

    Not my fault that I love Streets of Rage 2.

    Can't go wrong with Yuzo Koshiro music, his music is amazing

    The last battle theme from Guardian Heroes (you fight a different end boss, it depends on the path you choose) like Super Zul, G. Silver, Earth Spirits or Sky Spirits

    Actually, I was just going through my music today and came across my old Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack, and whilst I agree that One Winged Angel is used a lot, the boss fight before hand against Bizarro Sephiroth (I think it is) is one of my favourites:

    The Birth of God: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQwQnEfbh0U

    And on the pre-main boss theme, my favourite track from Final Fantasy 8 will always be The Legendary Beast: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbmJosFyG6k

    And whilst I'm posting Nobuo Uematsu, I really liked the Lost Odyssey soundtrack, even though everyone I've ever met seems to hate it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbeGTgt0RWQ

    I liked the battle and boss music from Lost Odyssey a lot too, and the game itself was great, I really want to play it again

    I LOVED the final music to the Sonic '06/Sonic and the Black Knight/Sonic and the Secret Rings games

    I'm a little bit late here, but... \_(ツ)_/

    There are so many final boss themes that I like, I can't take only one of them! I will mention a few but I have no idea which is my favourite.

    "Darkness of the Unknown", Kingdom Hearts II;
    "Demise of the Ritual", Shadow of the Colossus;
    "Zomboss Theme", Plants Vs Zombies;
    "Solaris Phase 2", Sonic the hedgehog (2006);
    "Final Boss", Sonic the Hedgehog 3;
    "Further/Far Cry 3 (Vaas Fight Song)", FarCry 3 (not exactly the final boss but... C'mon!! It's Vaas!)
    "L'Impeto Oscuro", Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance (Dark Impetus is even better, from BbS, but it's a secret boss =P).

    ... I am absolutely sure that tomorrow (or five seconds from now) I will remember another theme that I love, but I'll leave it that way.

    Well I would like to go with:
    -SA and SA2's theme (Perfect Chaos and FinalHazard respectively)
    Porky means business from (Earthbound)
    -Final boss (from S3&K)
    -The Dark Bowser Battle (from Mario and Luigi: Bowser's inside story)
    -King of the Koopas (from Paper Mario 1)
    -Both Shadow Queen parts (from TTYD)
    -and last but not least SSBB's Subspace Emissary's Final battle with Tabuu.

    I can't decide on just one (that would be WAY too difficult), but here are some of my favorites:

    -"The Evil King Bowser," Super Mario World
    -"Gangplank Galleon," Donkey Kong Country
    -"Crocodile Cacophony," Donkey Kong Country 2
    -"Doomsday Zone," Sonic 3 & Knuckles
    -"Shadow Queen (Part 2)," Paper Mario: TTYD
    -"In the Final," Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
    -"Ultimate Koopa," Super Mario 64
    -"Baby Bowser," Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
    -"What I'm Made Of," Sonic Heroes
    "If the world chooses to become my enemy...I will fight like I always have!" -Shadow, Sonic the Hedgehog (2006)

    Hmmm, so many good choices!!! But I love One Winged Angel from FFVII, Gwyn - Lord of Cinder from Dark Souls, Doomsday Zone from Sonic 3/Sonic & Knuckles, the one from Wonder Boy in Monster World, Phantasy Star IV (and although not last boss songs from PSIV, Laughter and The King of Terrors are among my absolute favorite boss songs!), Lunar: Silver Star Story, and the one from Ni No Kuni - Wrath of the White Witch. There are so many more though!!!

    Definitely my favorite would have to be the final Bowser fight from the original Paper Mario. There's just something about it that says "Fear me!".

    Oh, and Doomsday Zone.
