Eurovision Song Contest 2011

Post by Kaito-kun »

And so the eyes of Europe once again rest upon one city - this year the delightful town of Dusseldorf, Germany - as nations send representatives to do vocal battle on the greatest stage of them all: The Eurovision Song Contest! YEAAH!!!

Anyone watching the semi-finals? The first one is tonight at 21:00 CET. (20:00 BST) With the second semi-final on Thursday before the final on Saturday night.

Root for your country! Laugh at the lunatics! And be outraged when a country with a terrible entry but good political ties go through! It's Eurovision!

Further proving my theory that putting Euro in front of something makes it terrible.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! Portugal and Norway didn't go through to the final! They were my favourite two... *Cries* ...Some absolute rubbish went through too.

Iceland, Switzerland and Serbia went through though, they were good.

They go straight through to the final anyway so they don't really matter at the moment.

Somewhat. But it's not just us; Germany, France, Spain and Italy have also gone straight through to the final.

Same goes for them, they should get the vote like the rest.
Or is it because they're all so bad they felt sorry for them?
