Smash Bros. existed before Brawl. Donkey Kong is its own franchise but he's still a Mario character.

yes but he is not a part of the super mario series which is marios own line of games, the games i listed are considered crossovers as characters appear in them that arent in marios own series, they are spin-offs

I'm going with what Reknoc said; I don't consider the Mario 'spin-offs' crossovers from what he said. It's pretty recognizable that it's manly Mario characters and its sub frachises stemming from it. They are all under the Super Mario Bros. name.

...Wait....Mario in my SEGA message board? LOL

Mario football
Mario Kart (a right few of them)
Mario Baseball
Mario Tennis
mario party god know how many numbers
*le breath in"
mario basketball
3 Olympics
Mario sports mix
3 smash bros
There's a difference between a spin-off and a cross-over. As Rek stated earlier today only Smash Bros and that DS basketball game with the Final Fantasy characters in it would count as crossovers in your list.

Sports Mix as well, though its basically just the basketball game with a couple of other sports in there.

And a horrible spin-off at that.

Well, well, well...

I was really hoping for a sequel and looking forward to the new characters and tracks added. Not just more Sonic characters (although swap out Big for Vector).
