Longest Playtime on a SINGLE Game

Post by Gavvie »

Just got this idea after Kaito's post in the "What did you last beat?" thread, where he mentioned that it'd taken him 85 hours to gain the Platinum trophy on Just Cause 2. Basically - what's the longest time you've ever played a single game?

I'm guessing there's going to be a fair few RPGs in here, as they're not the shortest games in the world...well, unless your name is Fable. Feel free to add in screenshots as well if you want/are able to.

The two longest games I can recall playing are probably The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion & Final Fantasy X. With Oblivion, I'm fairly sure I finished playing at around the 130 hour mark, although it could well be longer. Final Fantasy X was a little shorter - around 110 hours for that, as I went side quest hunting.

And for that, you get my Steam game list in order of playtime.

Really, dunno how I got this much time in TF2 o.o

And let us not forget Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition on PS3, and a fair few RPGs like Final Fantasy 6 and Disgaea 1!

Would easily be football manager. The new one, which I've played fairly sparingly by FM standards, has taken 90 hours of my life on one file - and I'm only three seasons in. Championship manager 02/03 was probably the one I played the most. I must have spent at least 500 hours on that game. Had one file where I got 18 seasons in.
Tic Tac, sir?

*Gasp* I got a name drop!

Anyhoo, I know I've plugged well over 100 hours into Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes. I'm no where near finishing it either: I've got a lot of grinding left to do in order to level everyone up to their Max lvl and collecting allies will be a pain.
