I met him when I received my Master System II / Sonic 2 Bundle at Christmas 1991. It was very magical, and I have fond memories of playing the game back then. So fast, so colorful :) I've been constantly in love with the games since then, and need a copy on any device I have and is possible to play on.

I was about 5 and first saw him on Sonic the Hedgehog or SATAM as it's also known. Thus began my ascent (or descent) into Sonic and Sega fandom.

I was about 3 and my dad always bought the newest games. He bought the Genesis and i sat there for hours watching him play games. He played Aladdin, Dynamite Headdy (which till this day can't figure out how to play efficiently), and best of all Sonic 2. I could sit there all day but he wasn't very good so i rarely got to Mystic Cave Zone. The only thing is I started off on Sonic 2 so i don't like Sonic 1 as much and that is the only thing i wish i could change.
