So in Women's Beach Volleyball the final has both United States teams it seems?

That is definitely an improvement over the U.S. Men's team. XD

Norway against South Korea today in the handball semi-finals. This will be a great match I think as it always is when they meet.
Hopefully Norway will come out victorious although we have played far from our best so far. Fingers crossed!

BMX started like yesterday I think? It's a nice refreshing change to all the swimming, gymnastics, volleyball, & diving I've been seeing...

Wo who would have thought Iran(my country!) would finally manage to get some gold medals. :D

I am strangely pleased.

Weight lifting, wrestling and something else I'm not too sure of. This has been the best year for the Persies I think.
