New Batman Game!

Post by p_nut_uk »

I'm so frickin excited! The new Batman game is rumoured to be released later this year! I loved the previous two, probably my favourite single player experience in recent years.

Here's what they need to do:

first drop the arkham name, it was already really pushing it in Arkham City

Second make it more like Asylum rather than City

Unless it's based on the Adam West Batman series I'm not interested.

I really don't care much for this super serious dark and brooding Batman. Dark Knight Rises only got a pass from me because of Bane's silly voice and the combined personas of Morgan Freeman and Sir Michael Caine.

Rocksteady's batman isn't really dark and serious though, it's closer to the Animated series.

Which is the best Batman, fact.

Really? I've never looked into the Rocksteady games, to be honest. The animated series wasn't bad...

You have to play it! Just get a demo! Great fun, I was a late comer to them.

Shame he says he's quitting the role.

Curious just how much further that the series can be pushed. Its gone through tons of evolution, and changing its design. Lots of possibilities!
