Then how do you explain the whole "Pliskin" thing in two?

I'm not sure what you're asking?

Pliskin is the name Snake gives Raiden so he doesn't think he's Snake. It's also an Escape from ___ reference.

Aye, aye, but the tanker chapter is set before that, between MGS1 & 2, then it's the Tales of Snake thing during Raiden's story.

so uh, Ground Zeroes already came out and it was cool but here's some new MGS5 stuff from E3

First the super serious mega serious cinematic dramatic trailer:

So serious, if it wasn't for the fact his name shows up like ten times I wouldn't know Kojima made it.

But! Here's a 30min demo:

Real-time horse poopin' just in case there was still doubt that it's a Kojima game.

Really hyped for this, I loved the Mother Base stuff in Peace Walker so I'm glad to see it here and actually explorable.

The stealth did look a little Far Cry 3ish though of going up a hill and tagging everyone.

The Phantom Pain doesn't have a release date yet and most places have it down as tentative 2015 release, so no rush to play Ground Zeroes lol

Kojima Productions altogether wants to deliver a solid title. Was surprised to hear that GZ was more of a test demo. But VTPP looks promising, and finally a multiconsole MGS

Or MGS1 or MGS2, though those were rather late ports.
