Play Expo, Manchester (12-13 Oct 2013)

Post by Retrix »

The annual gaming event returns to Manchester this coming weekend. (Not exclusively SEGA, but still relevant.)

http://www.playexpo.net/

Sonic Lost World will be playable, both Wii U and 3DS versions. As well as previews of upcoming games there are always loads of retro games including arcade cabinets and pinball machines.

Saturday 12 October, 11:00 – 19:00
Sunday 13 October, 10:00 – 18:00
One-day ticket £14, Two-day ticket £23

Will you be going to Play Expo? Discuss!

I'll be there Saturday only.
As far as I know it has always been possible to pay on the day, but don't hold me to that information.

I went last year, where I recorded the SAASRT press conference and I was able to go to pay on the day so surely, I send them a message on their youtube later

It's a shame you guys didn't plan a meetup further in advance! One of the things I do these days is going to every Sonic forum under the Sun promoting these sorts of things; with only a few days' notice I don't think I'd be able to garner much attention. :(

Hope you guys have loads of fun! I hope you all meet up and establish something lasting; there was talk of a "Sonic Manchester" already as is, and if this does well I could see that coalescing. It'd be a nice alternative for northern England to Sonic London and Weston Super Sonic.
