It is cool to know SEGA can operate such a facilty like Club SEGA in its native land for so long. Shows how successful the Japanese arm is even to this day, unlike its other branches so to speak.

I want to say there were 3 full size cars. To be honest I can't remember if you could have more than one person in the car at a time. Driving on the right side already messed me up being from America.

Which one? There's 3 + SEGA Gigo.
Was in Akky earlier this week. Always worth checking out the arcades; they all have a great selection of games - and not just the SEGA arcades: Taito Station and HEY are worth checking out too. A friend of mine got hooked on Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone.
