What I mean is why is VGM good quality (for the most part) as opposed to most top-40 pop songs which are just being pumped out without any real heart being put into it?
Is it because game composers actually put hard work, dedication,& love into there compositions?
Essentially what I am asking is: why is game music so good?
Also the same question can apply to kids' cartoon/anime music (e.g Mickey Mouse,SBSP,Pokemon,MLP:FIM,SU,P&F,etc)!
Then there's the bad cartoon stuff like Teen Titans Go & The Looney Tunes Show!
I'd rather listen to the absolute CRAPPIEST Sega BGM then any song from TTG or TLTS! (I despise the Merry Melodies segments of TLTS SO much)

Kid's probably not developed many other hobbies just yet. Kind of reminds me of you when you were a young'un.

If you don't cringe when you look back at your past self then you're probably not growing as a person.

I've actually been wondering if there is a point when we look back at our past selves and stop cringing.

Nah, but that's a good thing.

It sure is, does feel awkward though.

This is becoming more and more difficult these days, unfortunately.
