Oh, then let me get back to a few pages. Though I would really like it if someone could PM me or write a post here about her... She seems like an interesting character and I've seen her like everywhere. Is she an anime character?

At to it bluntly...she's not an anime character, she's an Japanese voice program of sorts. However, many a fanart consists of her and the other Vocaloids as being part of Anime...my bro is a fan of them. He'll tell you more than I ever could.

To put it simply she's a mascot for some voice synthesiser/music creation software that got popular.

Quite popular as far as I'm aware; in the United States she had a promotional tie-in with Toyota to celebrate her U.S. debut earlier this year.

And in Japan..well, she's quite the star...correct?
