I think some of the crappiest TV show theme songs are found in pre-school cartoons like Bubble Guppies on Nick Jr
Here's the video so you can hear it for yourself:

I am exposed to pre-school TV on Nick Jr myself thanks to my brother's girlfriend's little boy, but it is honestly not that bad. It's just cheerful, with minimal words to suit the target audience and feels really cute.
If you want something reeeeeally bad though, I can state pretty much everything 4 Kids ever came up with when localising shows from Japan.
Or so many foreign language theme songs translated FROM English.
Or even, this bleedin' gem...

I actually liked the show and its surreal animation style, but my god that theme song does NOT age well at all and it makes me want to bang my head on a desk every time I hear it D:

My worst is the theme tune from Golden Balls. It's short but the trumpets in the tune really do my head in.
