Matty, you know people who stock old machines and sell ??

Gremlin Solutions is a great site for all that kind of stuff. I really want to make a MAME cabinet using Seimitsu parts for all that arcade goodness!

one day this will be my game's room!

Sadly i don't Baraka, the only machines they deal with are old fruit machines mainly, although they do occasionally get the arcade machines

An Outrun machine wasn't it? Stand up or sit down (I've forgtten which)

and heres a pic of the cabs, they are quite light tbh as they're mainly plastic but the back is wooden, the design around the screens can be easily removed via a few bolts inside the cab

it was an outrun sitdown, finding one appart from the one i know about is going to be rare, just an average good quality cabinet, prob with the pics youve shown is would take an awful lot of custom work for any good to come out of it which is a shame

yeah, those cabs are alright if you just want a quick test rig, but for £10 it aint a bad price, i'd buy one for my fruit machine as the cabs a bit tatty from pub use but i aint paying £50 to get it delivered up here

& I'll see what i can find re: the outrun sitdown
