I'll buy it but that's because Sonic games would only appear on that console.

I'd buy one:
- for pure fanboyism.
- the amazing arcade games Sega can make
- the crazy games Sega makes that are way ahead of their time.
- Shenmue 3
I mean, not a single console had that many pure arcade games like the Dreamcast, except for Neo Geo. They are my favourite kind of games because of my lifestyle and personal taste. And frankly, there are not a lot of games like this any more.

If sega created a new console i would decline... unless nintendo bombed on the market with the Wii-U then it would give sega a chance. the only hardware i would be willing to purchase from sega is a megadrive pre loaded with every game on it.... but i know thats not going to happen as their sales for the megadrive with 20 games didnt go so well

Riiight, because only Nintendo are any other potential threat/rival? What about Microsoft and Sony?

Sony and Microsoft are probably SEGA's biggest threat since they'd be lucky to even be third. lol

we all know sony and microsoft are the biggest threat, but with nintendo out of the way sega would have a chance back in the game, depending how serious they would make the hardware. but either way i doubt anything will come of it and sega should stick to software
