Quite possibly, but I don't think they were ever aiming to launch alongside the film. The way he worded it, it sounded like they didn't want to rush it out alongside the film, knowing the end product would be piss-poor...which it ended up being anyway.
Seriously, it's that bad that when Superman's on the ground he doesn't have a shadow, but as soon as he flies an inch into the air, it appears below him.

You say that, but there are some licensed games that are great
Then again, I didn't really want to call Silent Hill HD awful, cos I'm still a big fan of the two games in the collection, crappy ports or not
