Not really a purchase as it was free, however...

Club Nintendo. Register your Nintendo products and you can order free stuff from their catalogue.

Edit: Here's the Australian site for you.

Bought Afterburner on the 360 the other day. I'm finding it quite hard, but most people on my friends list appear to have merked it up and got all 200 gamerpoints.

I need to give that another crack. I've only played through it once. Got about 1 or 2 levels shy from the end then died and haven't tried it since.

One other thing that annoys me about it is the lack of boss battles - or at least I haven't seen any yet, I'm a couple of levels away from the end too.

They added a few things from Sky Target (the Saturn After burner game) like the branching routes, different planes and same health meter, but left the cool boss fights out. Let down!

Apart from that it's fantastic.

The more you play through it the easier it becomes due to repeat play throughs unlocking various perks and abilities. You'll get 200/200 in no time if you're after it. The really challenge and bragging rights comes from Score Attack mode.

A week or two ago, I bought Chibi Robo for the GameCube and Dynasty Warriors 4 Empires for the PS2. Haven't played much of Chibi Robo, but I played quite a bit of DW4 Empires, though the fact that Cao Cao is too powerful for my army, despite the fact that he has a handful of land and I control everything else forced me to rage quit it for a while.

Nice! I always wanted to try out Chibi Robo but I don't think it was released in Europe in the end.

Arcana Heart 3 arrived in the post today.
