Shipped =/= Sold
TheChaosBlue wrote:Whether or not you deem that as being good enough or more units will be increased by twice that amount now that there's three Sonic games exclusive to Nintendo consoles remains to be seen.
A Sonic game isn't going to double the sales of the Wii U, like, not even close.

When you can get to number one in the Wii U charts by selling less than 1000 units it's no longer a tragedy, it's an actual farce
lol

What does EA have to do with this?

Yeah, made mistake of shipped and units.

Isn't that last bit, I don't know, only for that 'region' of the world? That...European region? Same region where the Wii U isn't doing so hot anyway? Like, from this?
We're not officially allowed to report sales numbers from Chart Track in the UK but everyone in the publishing business can see them quite clearly.
Either way, that's horrible that only 1000 units = number 1 on Wii U charts over there.

Considering Colours was a Wii exclusive that wouldn't surprise me.

Nothing, but what I quoted specifically, illustrates how much trouble the WiiU is in.

Although, last home console EA refused to work on was the dreamcast and we all know how that one ended.

Doubt it's doing any better elsewhere, EA pretty much shows that.

edit: Japan isn't buying it either.

At least with that scenario I'd be happy.

Yea... But hey, maybe Nintendo will publish Yakuza HD in the west effectively making that exclusive as well!

I was loving it that nintendo were sinking without a trace over the last month. And now sega have decided to descend into obscurity with them. fuck's sake.

I can understand with the 3DS, just not the Wii U. Guessing their market research team needs to be booted.
