Sony has 3, Xbox has 3 (I think) so...
Longtime Nintendo Power fans in the U.S. yes I would presume. But then again, there's internet.

I don't know anyone personally (over here) who still buys gaming magz any more.
I read them in-store quickly and that's that.

I used to buy them regularly, until I got internet and no longer needed to.
Plus they just pile up in a corner.

Last time I brought a gaming magazine was last year. Ironically I did buy Nintendo Power (it has a Sonic Generations cover story) with U.S PSM and Gamepro.

I think the main reason I used to buy them was for the demo discs.

Demo discs? Hmm, don't remember any U.S. mags having that little extra...maybe in NP though but not too sure.

Especially in the PS1/early PS2 days. I think Sony used to chuck them out more than any other company.

FOREVER!!!!!!!!!
I said it was crappy? Ohononono...In case you've forgotten, they did have Sonic on a few covers before, the last one being Generations 3DS. And besides, N.P. still had some great moments regardless if you dislike it or not....now all we got here in the U.S. is crappy Game Informer...tho Xbox and Playstation mags are still in print right? Also, the reason Nintendo Power's closing is because they chosed not to renew their contract with its publisher Future. I believe it's due to the economy here in the States.

GamesMaster was good for Cheatbooks (£2.99 when i used to buy)
OPSM/OPSM2 nearly always had Demo's, and towards X-mas they'd have a big cheatbook or something (£4.99 whenever i rarely purchased them)
I agree the internet did kill it for mags for me and many others, if i wanted demo's there was a good chance i could of got them from the local market/carboots for 50p :D
