Sub-Terrania had amazing music for a MD game. Jesper Kyd is behind it, also known for the music in Assassins Creed and Hitman.

E. I think Amiga had better music than Megadrive system :) OT

For me, STREETS OF RAGE series had the most amazing music. Though, I don't know if it fits the topic (can't remember if the ost was made by Sega or not)

Streets of Rage is a SEGA game, yeah.
