If Sonic was in Brawl he won't be in this. They've used him already, and that's that.

Care to explain why you think that?

Do Nintendo use third party characters more than once?
They'll pave the way for others rather than include old ones.

I don't see why they wouldn't.
Wasn't Brawl the first game to feature third party characters? So do we really know whether Nintendo's only feature a character once in a game?

How about we talk about something different than characters (especially third party, it's stinking up the place (for now)). Like stages yes the stages what you think may be the new entries into the game? You think any old ones are returning?

Knowing the N crew, they will mix up something crazy and creative. Possibly Lost Worlds (with a complete rotating immerse level that is falling apart) Or even a 16 bit level that is fading away as time flys by. *I think would make anyone nervous

I'm expecting a Mario Galaxy level somewhere.

I'd like to see an option where you'd keep on switching between levels in one game. Like you play and all of a sudden you're transferred into another level. That would be cool.

Well, we can see that some stages will be different between the versions. Not just totally different levels for one stage, but astetically as well. Like Battlefield. Like, the 3DS version has a Spirit Tracks, Orcarina of Time 3D and Nintendogs stage.

Regarding stages: Nintendo have already confirmed that the 3DS version will feature stages from games that appears on handheld systems while the WiiU version will focus more on home console game themed stages.
