Oh, wow, this is a thread that I haven't seen in a while.
Since my last post I've moved up in the world! You know that poor sod that thought getting into IT might mean he'd make a difference in the world, only to end up on the tech support desk of an electronics retailer. That's me!
Sadly, for my store tech support desk also means "Returns Counter" and "Customer Service Minion".

Since my last post, I've moved on. I can't remember what my post said I was doing but now I'm a .NET Developer for a flooring company. Odd really as RadioSEGA isn't a .NET website

Alright, I'm confused. I thought .NET was Microsoft's virtual machine and Common Language Runtime glue. I didn't think it had anything to do with web dev. Are we talking about the same .NET?

RadioSEGA right now is in PHP.
The site's domain name is RadioSEGA.NET but it is not written in .NET (ASP.NET in this case)
And I am replying to Foreversonic, telling him to not even think of ASP.NET for RadioSEGA.
So pretty much we are talking about the same thing.

As far as I'm aware, you are thinking along the right lines. What I do for a living is maintain the website and the backend systems using a mixture of ASP, VB, C# and Razor (MVC).
