That's arrogant talk from coming from such a n00b.

The reason the Scottish Nationalist Party won with a majority is because they can run our country. Not just run it but run it well, without the scandals, without the broken promises and without the bullshit.

Labour had power for too long and did fuck all with it, the Tories raped Scotland when they were in power and the Lib Dems can't be trusted to run a classroom, let alone a country. Simply put, SNP are the best for the job.

And most of Scotland agrees with me :3 so stfu

45% isn't "most of Scotland". It's less than half.

SNP won with a majority, thus most of Scotland wants them in.

Quit moaning about it already -_-

No, it means 55% didn't want them in.

Hey, I am entitled to my own opinion. Oh and don't call be a fucking n00b, I've been around since 2007. If you want me to put a positive spin on this, at least they split the papers and didn't use electronic scanners this time. Can't have a repeat of JUST ONE SEAT ABOVE LABOUR now, can we?

You absolutely are. When you trash other's opinion then leaves you wide open to endure the same back.

Do you actually live in Scotland?

I don't see how anyone can argue or moan about how our country has been run for the past 4 years. It's been smooth, we had no scandals (unlike the expenses down south?), no disasters, etc etc. These guys know what they're doing and I'm quite content with them in power, whether or not independence ever goes ahead.

Opinions are welcome here. And whilst I agree with Kaito in that 45% wouldn't be seen as the majority of the country, it is a majority in political terms. Doesn't make much sense, but there you go.

Apologies, politics are one of the few issues that gets my back up. Especially when people arrogantly dismiss my party in spite of not even living in the country.

Not too sure on the plans to make Scotland an independent country, if you ask me, but hey. If they think they've got the know how to make it work, then I don't see any harm in giving it a shot. I believe they're going to hold a referendum about it towards the end of the 5 year term?
