And besides, wouldn't you want revenge if Everybody you loved had died and you wake up in another time and see that nobody is there and the people who killed the people you loved, still live and you have this ultimate power?

We would also pick Eggman and for the other catergory we would pick Mephiles, Iblis, Solaris, Dark Gaia, Ixis Naugus, Regina, Iron King and Ix

Eggman would've been my choice but then again, I'd have to say Metal Sonic gets the honor. The empty red eyes staring you down, the ability to copy anyone and their actions, betrayed his master in glorious fashion (in Sonic Heroes) and can straight up go toe to toe with virually anybody (as far as I know of). This is an definite pick for my best villain, in my opinion ^^

Robotnik is the only right answer.

Some of the posts in this thread... good grief.

The ability to copy anyone's move isn't that special. As far as I know, there are 2 robots that can copy another person's move; Metal Sonic and Emerl. Actually, Metal Sonic copied his enemies moves, only in Sonic Heroes and in non other game, he tried to copy the moves and had his own moves. But Emerl is the actual robot that copies moves.

Oh, you're right, oopsie  Well that's what happens when I don't keep up with my Sonic handhelds! :)

But I would still put Metal Sonic as my favorite, he just has that 'deep, deep evilness' that other Sonic villians don't have, even Black Doom doesn't seem to have that, in my opinion.

Na, Black doom is far more evil.
Ofcaurse, as much as I like Metal Sonic's evilness, I know that somewhere inside him, there is a good spot. Let us not forget that he was good in Sonic Rivals 2. And I am not sure but didn't he became good in the end of Sonic Heroes?

^It wasn't that bad. Atleast better than Sonic Rivals 1.

"wasnt that bad" which still says its bad.

Better than rivals 1? Like what they say "You can't polish a turd."
