Cowboy Bebop
Berserk

Fullmetal Alchemist

Samurai Champloo
If you're feeling brave I'd also recommend One Piece and Gintama. Gintama is available on crunchyroll to so you can watch it for the low low price of $0
I agree with Rek's list. They're all titles I've seen and enjoyed or titles that look entertaining and I would like to see.
Except Berserk, but that's just a matter of personal taste. I might replace it with Hetalia: Axis Powers or Black Butler.

One Piece has also made similar mistakes. Though One Piece is a never ending shounen series by Toei who get the licenses to things so popular they don't need to put any effort in.

Thanks for the suggestions. Hopefully the place we're moving to is close enough to Melbourne, so that I can go there and actually buy some DVDs. This town I live in sucks and doesn't sell anime anywhere. On top of that, I don't have a debit or credit card, so I can't buy online.

At least you can still watch Gintama! In fact, I highly recommend Crunchyroll as a whole, just find a series that interests you and watch. Some highlights are Gintama, Fate/Zero, Gintama, Eyeshield 21, Gintama and Gintama oh and Mobile Suit Gundam (watch Gintama).

Do you have to pay to use Crunchyroll? I mean, there's not much info on the site. It just says that you can pay for it, but it doesn't say what anime you can and can't watch for free.

You can watch everything for free. Paying a sub just means you can watch shows in HD without ads and you can watch new shows the week they air.

Okay, cool.
Only problem at the moment is the internet speed. I doubt it'll let me watch anything.
