i always though biweekly was twice a week, but after looking it up... i still don't know as it seems it's both twice a week and also fortnightly

What makes this interesting (if you want to call it that) is that this is most likely where Ice Cap Zone's music from Sonic 3 originates from. This video was uploaded in 2009 and it's just now the connection is being made. Brad Buxer was the keyboardist for this video and the one who composed ICZone.

It's always interesting to see when samples of other tracks are used in game OSTs. Sonic CD has another example: The boss theme in the EU/JP versions features samples from Xavier's "Work That Sucker To Death":
