Not sure if this warrants being here, but Radio Redux is now RadioSEGA exclusive. To be fair, this site has done a lot more to promote it than SSR does in the past few years. Glad to see an influencial liveshow like that be here.

They do. RadioSEGA wouldn't be shut down, but they'd still be affected when it ends up being a lot harder to find the music for new games.

Posted this before...but moderating nowand yeah...
Speaking of RadioSEGA (and for those who give a damn) Radio Redux had a small fall out with SSR, so now it's strictly RadioSEGA exclusive starting in seventh season. To be honest, this site has gone out of its way to promote it than SSR has done in a few years.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that SEGA have given us permission. More like they're aware that we exist, and as long as we don't do something silly like start playing leaked music from a game that hasn't released yet (as quite a few people wanted us to do with Sonic 4.1), we won't get into trouble.
But yeah, if SOPA/PIPA/ACTA ever passed, then sourcing our music would be a tad more difficult, if not impossible, meaning the chances of us growing into what we want to be would be stuck at around 0%.

Man I don't know much about all this SOPA stuff but I don't like it a single bit...

As mainsstream as the internet is these days, it's not that hard to live without it. For informative needs, there's books, magazines, newspapers....
And if your living in some places in the West Indies, then internet isn't a big deal.

Problem with that is the government, companies, the media in general can control what you see in newspapers, books, etc.

I have awesome news, everyone!
I get to keep my laptop!! Mum said the payments for it will be made by taking money out of her bank account every month or so. We can also take our laptops interstate with us!
And we were also in Victoria for a few days. We visited the place we're moving to and it's really nice.
