Hopefully it'll just be like, a portable world of tanks with a GuP skin. If so I'll be importing the heck outta it

Well its not all that surprising since their first big game on the PS4 is going to be a F2P co-op dungeon crawler. And all of their games are already pretty social all ready, when was the last time Capcom proper released a purely singleplayer game? Their biggest franchise is Monster Hunter, which is a multiplayer game, their next big release is Ultra Street Fighter.

I also heard that, because of this situation, Tekken X Street Fighter was cancelled.

Seriously; how much money has Capcom lost over the past 12 months? I didn't really realize they were in this bad of a shape.

All these social games really annoy me. I didn't realise we needed them to tear us away from the social media sites statistics say we're spending too much time on >.>

Capcom are near broke! About 5/6 months ago it was reported they had 'only' $125m in the bank with no real noticeable games on the horizon, which is why they're trying to shove out a new iteration of Street Fighter 4. But like most Japanese developers they're struggling to compete in todays market. Look at SEGA, they're releasing mobiles games everywhere, why? Because it pays the bills.

Capcom should really have released MH4 over here by now anyway, it's sold millions in Japan and could easily sell a million outside.

I forgot how much Japan have fallen for mobile and social network games.
I don't know if it's that big here and in the US though.
