Last month we saw SEGA teasing Vocaloid and Project Diva fans with a sneak-peek into the next Project Diva game (then dubbed 2.5). Now it seems SEGA has lifted the lid of information on the new game for PSP.

Project diva Extend is basicly an upgraded version of Project Diva 2nd. It includes past DLC from the last PD game along with a whole bunch of new costumes and songs. We even get Virtual On and Sonic costumes to put on Miku. :D

By the looks of it there are still some things to be announced in the game (you cant click on two of the tabs on the website).

Here's the official mini site:

(Artwork for the game is done by KEI, as always)

Well it's tuff! This is SEGA related news and PD is a huge franchise. Gavvie needs to live with it. XD

Yes I do plan in importing the game for my PSP. I hope they release an artbook like they did with PD 2nd! I wouldn't mind I miku PSP case either.

Anyone here got the first two games? By the way, they are also releasing Dreamy Theater 2nd for the PS3 as well:

Well, let's be fair: In the grand scheme of "Things to base a game on" this scores somewhere in the "Yeah, that would work and it's popular so it'll probably sell quite well" area.

It's basically the same as basing a game on yo noid, without the excuse of it being the 80s.

Vocaloid is a huge thing in Japan and the actual software is amazing. I imported Vocaloid Luka about a month ago (one with pink hair) and from what I've heard the game is really good. So until you play it for yourself I wouldn't slate it.

Ooohh, I would so want one! (if I had any money...)

And hey, when you actually get the game maybe you should do a RadioSEGA Review on it! *thumbs up*

Yeah, we all know about Gavvie's secret stash of Miku merch. I bet he has the Miku stage ver. Figma at his bedside. xD

Me too, I also would like KEI's artbook (for those who dont know, KEI designed Miku, Len, Rin and Luka) and all their Figmas!
