Update 7/25/2022 Quiet Sound
BlackFire - Contains 1 track
CONGO THE MOVIE The Lost City of Zinj - Contains 12 tracks
Ecco: The Tides of Time (Ecco the Dolphin 2) [Mega-CD] - Retagged all tracks. Suggested by Jamie
Ecco the Dolphin [Mega-CD] - Replaced all tracks. Suggested by Jamie
Ghen War - Replaced all tracks. Added 8 tracks (sort of)
Puyo Puyo Gaiden: Puyo Wars - Contains 29 tracks. Suggested by Jamie
Super Puyo Puyo 2 (Super Puyo Puyo Tsuu) - Contains 12 tracks. Suggested by Jamie

Ghen War uses dynamic audio in-game, and it does so by fading between the current tracks' left channel (ambient) and right channel (action), which are both mono. I've split those up into seperate tracks, so if any were favourited before, please check it again. Also, they had very different titles before, but the only other place I've seen them in is on Discogs, and considering that page erroneously credits the music to Spencer Nilsen instead of Brian Coburn, I'm not too confident in its accuracy.
The Puyo Puyo additions are either due to being released in the time period when SEGA owned the IP but COMPILE was still developing games (Puyo Puyo Gaiden) which as far as I can remember is eligible, or have been released under the SEGA name on Nintendo Switch Online (Super Puyo Puyo 2). Jamie also suggested WAKUPUYO DUNGEON KETEIBAN, but I'll still need to retranslate the tracks, so maybe next week.

=Misc Remixes= -> Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit)
Zonic - Labyrinth (AKA 'The Labyrinth Zone Song') - Provided by ResidentSD

Mega Games 3 has been in To be added for nearly a year! Sorry, I didn’t ignore you, I just don’t check #playlist except when I get a notification.
Senxin Aleste was added due to being on the ALL.Net P-ras MULTI, which some definitely say means SEGA would have published it, but I haven’t very clear evidence for that. Hopefully they do, otherwise we’ll have to remove a popular ALL.Net game: GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-.
Various Soccer Tsuku additions thanks to Unspecified Waveforms, who I think joined Twitter just to Message me the files. NightsB did actually provide a copy of J.LEAGUE Pro Soccer Club wo Tsukurou! Original Sound Track as well, but it was after Unspecified Waveforms and as far as I can tell they’re equivalent, so wanted to prioritise the newcomer. I recommend checking out their YouTube channel, especially if you enjoy Junko Shiratsu’s work.

Update 9/5/2022 PSO Sound Organization
Bomberman Online - Contains 20 tracks. Moved from Third Party Music. Suggested by electricboogaloo
Blue Stinger - Added 2 tracks. Suggested by spotman
Phantasy Star Online - Replaced all tracks. 16 tracks landed. Added 6 tracks
Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II - Replaced all tracks. 28 tracks departed. Added 3 tracks
Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II Premium Arrange - Contains 12 tracks, all of which landed.
RF online - Contains 10 tracks
SEGA Rally Championship [Saturn] - Added 5 tracks. Provided by [REDACTED]

It’s strange that Sega Retro didn’t list it as such, but there’s ample evidence that SEGA published Bomberman Online. Logo on the cover, “Presented by SEGA” on the title screen, credits for several branches of SEGA, and SEGA of America’s 010086 barcode initials.
I didn’t know that Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II was home to a lot of music that debuted in the original PSO, but now they’re in their debut game. While the majority of the tracks are the same with higher bitrate, there’s also a couple new prototype and unreleased tracks.
RF online (Rising Force online is another name) is a game developed by CCR that saw several publishers across regions, SEGA being the Japanese one. It seems that version has exclusive songs, most of them composed by Tsuyoshi Kaneko (SGGG, Astro Boy: Omega Factor, BLACK JACK: Hi no Tori Hen). They’re also also sung by the famous Lia, who’s other SEGA appearances include Initial D ARCADE STAGE 4, Shining Hearts and Shining Blade. I hope all the tracks on the Lia sings for RF online album are from the game, but I don’t know! Maybe at a later day I’ll add the rest of the soundtrack.

Update 9/12/2022 Centre Of The System
DARIUS II [Saturn] - Contains 15 tracks
SAGAIA [Master System] - Contains 12 tracks. Suggested by electricboogaloo
Streets of Rage [Game Gear] - Replaced all tracks. Added 1 track. Suggested by Jamie
Streets of Rage II (Bare Knuckle II: Shitou e no Requiem) [8-bit] - Replaced all tracks
TAZ IN ESCAPE FROM MARS [8-bit] - Contains 13 tracks
THUNDER BLADE [Master System] - Contains 6 tracks
Time Soldiers - Contains 8 tracks
Winter Olympics (Winter Olympic Games) [8-bit] - Contains 13 tracks
Winter Olympics (Winter Olympic Games) [Mega Drive] - Contains 13 tracks

Third Party Music:
Bart vs. The Space Mutants [8-bit] - Contains 5 tracks
Bart vs. The Space Mutants [Mega Drive] - Contains 5 tracks

I don’t know how many Master System games are still missing from the playlist, but it can’t be too many (relative to how many Master System games there are).
SAGAIA and the later DARIUS II port are some of those cases where the barcode is SEGA’s, so like Tomb Raider, they’re there due to SEGA manufacturing the game rather than publishing them like TAITO did.
The Streets of Rage games were specifically replaced because the versions we had, taken from the Bare Knuckle Original Soundtrack, were oddly panned toward the left. The current rips should all be centred.

Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (BIOHAZARD3 LAST ESCAPE) - Renamed all tracks
Resident Evil Code Veronica X (BIOHAZARD CODE:Veronica ~Kanzenban~) - Renamed all tracks

Sorry about the extra week’s wait.
The Panzer Dragoon Orta E3 demo tracks come from the Panzer Dragoon Legacy site. Nice to contrast that with the Sona mi areru ec tu sancu re-arrangement from just a few years ago.
I still need to double-check if Streets of Rage on Master System and Game Gear have different soundtracks, sorry for slacking on this Jamie.
I don’t know what the issue was, but several Resident Evil soundtracks were broken and displayed without tags or time. As far as I know that’s all been fixed.

Update 10/3/2022 - The Early Atlus

F355 Challenge 2: International Course Edition - Contains 4 tracks
Hitmaker Sound Page (Sanpe) - Replaced 1 tracks
HUNDRED SWORDS - Added 1 track
OutRun [Arrange Ver.] - 1 track departed
Print Club - Contains 2 tracks

SERVICE GAMES 01 - Contains 5 tracks, one of which landed
THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD: Remake - Contains 7 tracks. Suggested by Kevin (LMC)
Victory Goal '97 - Contains 1 track

Print Club? Wow! A very early venture between SEGA and ATLUS, I think there might be one model still missing? I’ll see if I can get that up next week. It would be a shame if it was the one Print Club model that was relevant to Tetsuya Kawauchi.
Also those THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD: Remake tracks come from composer Sébastien Poncelet’s Soundcloud page.
Most of the diverse single track changes are thanks to appearing on SERVICE GAMES 01.

Update 10/10/2022 Puzzle & Kombat
HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE! (Project SEKAI COLORFUL STAGE! feat. Hatsune Miku) - Replaced 2 tracks. Added 52 tracks.
Puzzle & Action: Tant-R [Arcade] - Contains 23 tracks
Puzzle & Action: Ichidant-R [Arcade] - Contains 26 tracks.

I didn't do a lot of work today because I'm still writing the Haruyoshi Tomita episode of Individual. Outside of the Puzzle & Action games, one of The Bisyboddies is to thank (also maybe Gavvie).
