Unless its a nice Trinitron or Sony PVM, no. Lolsantefering wrote:So I'm guessing you wouldn't recommend hooking up a PS3 to a CRT lol
What make CRTs? I'm just curious as I'm tempted to buy a second CRT so not all my retro consoles are hooked up to the same tv.lolBubblegumspit wrote:I use an 80's CRT TV when I play games in my basement, a flat screen TV when I play games in my brothers' room, and a small CRT TV when I play games in my room.
I'm not sure if you can buy CRT TVs in the store anymore. But you can get them on Amazon.com and Ebay.com for around $80 to $300.santefering wrote:What make CRTs? I'm just curious as I'm tempted to buy a second CRT so not all my retro consoles are hooked up to the same tv.lol
What about a small screen CRT like a 15 inch? Mines quite big so does dominate my room a bit, but surely you'd be okay with a small?Awinnerwasyou wrote:I really wish I had the space for a CRT TV, since HD TVs really don't cut it for retro games- the cut scenes in Empire of Steel look particuarly awful. Sadly, there's nowhere I can really put one, so I'm a bit stuck.
