Have your voices and requests heard live, alongside King of Fighters history!
Episode 2: King of Low-Key Stalwarts ~ King of Fighters Tunes
People already guessed it correctly, and very quickly at that: #RSFiGHTS ' second episode will go around SNK's masterpiece that's been running strong on the arcades ever since 1994. It took some fans the first chords from Esaka to realize it, that's some dedication there! No doubt people will be interested to discuss the history of this series that has fled under the mainstream radar for so long, always mantaining high quality.
The sounds we will play comprise of the games between '95 and 2002. 95-97 were released for the Saturn, 99-2002 on the Japanese Dreamcast alongside a special version dubbed the "'Dream Match '99" that was essentially King of Fighters '98 with 3D-rendered backgrounds.
... And don't forget the mystery track teasing next week's topic.
But hey! I want you to get more involved!
Starting from this Tuesday, we will have the Fighter's Voice segment. Send a mail over to piresrav@hotmail.com with one of these two:
1) A recorded sound clip of yourself, talking about what you love in fighting games and what you'll want to hear on Fights: into Streams...! Not necessarily related to the game that's taken under on the episode. It's open to ANY fighting game on SEGA.
2) In case you aren't comfortable with speaking or having your voice on live, feel free to type in a text I'll read entirely. Also with your requests for SEGA fight themes, either SEGA-produced or 3rd-Party.
Looking forward to join you all on Twitter at @RadioSEGA #RSFiGHTS and the IRC chatroom this Tuesday. See you there!
Tuesday, 1st September, at 8pm WEST (9pm CEST/3pm EST/12pm PST). Only on RadioSEGA.
Requests between 21st Apr and 27th Apr
