What are your favorite sports games? Honestly, I'm not all that into sports or sports games for that matter, but there are some really good ones that stand out like in football, or wrestling, or racing, etc. You can list by each sport which games you like best. Now let's see...
Well Wii sports wins automatically in most categories and maybe even Super Monkey Ball's mini games, but I'll put that aside...
Football--NFL2K for the dreamcast (like the only football game I ever played and one I enjoyed because I liked to turn off the rules and tackle other players for no good reason)
Basketball--NBA Jam and Looney Tunes B-Ball for the snes (classic dribblin', slam-dunkin' fun)
Baseball--World Series Baseball by sega, Hardball '94 for windows dos (earliest baseball game I can remember playing)
Boxing(not fighting)--Ready 2 Rumble Boxing round 1 + 2 for dreamcast
Table Tennis--Pong for atari of course! (what else?)
Volleyball--Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball for xbox (don't judge me) and Klonoa Beach Volleyball for ps1
Tennis--Virtua Tennis 1 + 2 for dreamcast (would like to try the sonic and mario ones though)
Golf--Albatross 18 online, Tee Off for the dreamcast, Links for windows
Fishing--Sega Bass Fishing and Sega Marine Fishing for dreamcast
Biking--Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX for dreamcast
Skateboarding--Tony Hawk series
Snowboarding--Cool Boarders series
Racing(this could almost be the whole thread)--Road Rash for windows pc (damn it was fun hitting people), Motocross Madness, Monster Truck Madness, & Midtown Madnes for pc (fun driving into stuff), Hydro Thunder for dreamcast (best boat action ever), Wave Race 64 for n64 (duh), Wipeout for ps1, Burnout series for xbox (who doesn't like crashing cars?), F-Zero series, Mario Kart series, OutRun series, Sonic Riders for gamecube, Daytona USA for pc, Sega Rally Championship for pc, Sonic R for pc, Cruisin' series for arcade, and etc etc (there's so many good games!)
Add in any other sport you can think of, even the olympics or whatever.
