As most of you know, RadioSEGA supports multiple media players. It wasn't until now, when I was ripping a CD into iTunes, that I realized that there wasn't a poll on this yet (I'm that dude on every forum who's topics are nothing but polls; It's what I'm into...). The question is: What's your favorite media player and why?

Mine has to be iTunes. I know that WinAmp has more compatibility than iTunes or Windows Media Player, but I have an iPod, so iTunes is (as of now) the best way for me to manage my music.

I'm a simple guy, so I typically use what my system came with: Windows Media Player. Works fine and visualization is nice.

I usually use WMP for music and Media Player Classic for movies, not because they're favourites really but because they were defaults and I'm too lazy to change them.

Winamp is far better! It could read anything, even native Master System music in their original SMS format! (with the proper plugins of course, it's just dll you drop in a folder.)

And WMP is fine for sound effects playing, or so I think because while Winamp can play my music, I can check some sound effects with WMP. But I still consider this player to be an epic fail... I find it too simple.

Winamp is my main choice. It's quick, good for radio listening and can play RAW game files (like ADX, 2sf etc).
I use iTunes sometimes though for CD ripping.

I use windows media player for everything except shoutcast which i listen to using itunes.:) I prefer WMP as it isn't as big a resource hog as itunes and the fact it's much simpler than itunes. I used to use wimamp on my old PC though.

I went back to using Windows Media Player today because Winamp is in use for ADX conversions. Wow, I forgot how slow it is at opening files.

It depends what I'm doing as to what media player I use: For watching videos or listening to indiviual songs or RS it tends to be VLC but if I'm in a moon where I don't care what comes on I just leave Windows Media Player to run on shuffle.

Windows Media Player for me! Simple and easy to use!

I use Windows Media Player for listening to music and ripping CDs onto my hard drive, but I've also got iTunes due to having an iPod.

Real Player for listening music offline and iTunes for listening music online. iTunes is handy to have and I prefer Real Player over Windows Media Player.

It's real hard to choose between Windows Media Player and iTunes since I use iTunes for my iPod and Windows Media Player for burning CD's but I think I have to go with iTunes.

WMP, but I used to use RealPlayer a couple of years ago. Sucks.
