First time I've ever seen that, it's awesome. Im a pretty big stand up fan. There's not many I don't like. Chris Rock, Dave Chapelle, Al Murray, Peter Kay (the first time I heard his jokes, just a shame he's kept the same ones for ten years), Russell brand, there's craploads I like.

Never been keen on Lee Evans as a stand-up, be he's a decent actor; great in that Dr. Who episode.

that Stewart Francis routine was great! I've only seen him on mock the week a couple times. I really like one liners, saying that has anyone seen the first Jimmy Carr DVD? some of his one liners are great.

I have mixed feelings about Jimmy carr. When he's on a panel show some of his one liners make me piss but when a caomedian is doing stand up I like it when they tell a story and engage with the audience where he just spouts out one liners for an hour and half.

I agree that Jimmy Car is better in small doses. Has anyone been watching Stand Up For The Week and the new series of Mock The Week? is it me or are these programmes not really cutting it?

There are very few standup comedians I like, but the one that stands out for me is the great George Carlin.

i could name some comedians I can't stand though! Let's see..Dane Cook..he needs to have his mouth sewed shut.

Hell yea. I was waiting for someone to mention George Carlin. Hes the greatest, one of the best American comedians. Not only did he make us laugh he made us think about his jokes and made us realize that he has a point.
