I do like the approach they took with it. It was a good change from BTE and enjoyed it thoroughly! (So much that i actually brought it).
It was great seeing how they were able to slip back into their proper characters after all this time, and the set design was well done, could of done with being a bit dull & dingier but i'm pleased with the results. The thing that pleasantly surprised me was the fact they used a lot of old music cues/tracks. it felt tacked on but was a good throwback to the original series.
Really enjoyed the Jesus episode. Though they could of dealt with his reveal a bit better.
All in all a 100% successful trip.
But sir, we forgot Mr Rimmer

I think Starlight means if it's following on from the newer series stories (IE Back to Earth) then it won't be cared for.Kaito-kun wrote:What?
In that case you're fine, as the story is it's own, well it sort of follows on from series 9 (Which is yet to be filmed if it is to be mad) and if series 9 is to be made then some of the set ups they planted in X & Back to Earth will be well worth the wait.
