Project 24 - SegaSonic Radio

Post by SimonShirley »

I'm not sure if you are all aware (although it has been mentioned on a number of live shows), but The Sonic Stadium, via their radio stream, SegaSonic Radio, are hosting a number of shows within a 24 hour period.

Project 24 kicks off at midnight GMT (UK time) and will run with shows throughout the day until midnight the following day.

We, at RadioSEGA have been fortunate to have 3 to 4 of those 24 hours with shows, including Fastfeet's fonemix, ArchangelUK's Radio Redux, and a special RadioSEGA show, RadioSEGA's Random Hour, featuring ResidentSD, Gavvie, Mena and myself.

Project 24 - SegaSonic Radio
5th December 2010

A tentative schedule has been posted on the Sonic Stadium Community Blog. Do take a look and see where we are placed, and to look for shows that you may have not listened to before.

Like Radio Redux, all shows broadcasted by RadioSEGA will be dualcasted. This means that not only will they air on SegaSonic Radio, but they will also be aired in higher quality, right here on RadioSEGA!

Be sure to join in the chat in our IRC chatroom and the Sonic Stadium chatroom.

I don't see FastFeet on the schedule... know why? And what will the RadioSEGA Random Hour entail? Or will it be pure randomness like usual?

I think it's going to be Gavvie, Mena and Foreversonic messing about for about an hour.

I read the host of SEGA AGES will also be in the mix.

I don't think Mena's going to be in anymore. My attempts to get her to warm to the idea haven't gone too well.

So, it'll just be me, ResidentSD and foreversonic.

Aw, I was looking forward to four way randomness but that's okay.

It should be good. Hopefully the RadioSEGA community will help support Project 24 and be part of a great day of live programming, especially the bits involving us!

Project 24 was awesome this year.
I don't think there was a bad DJ in the line up at all... except cdrom1019 but that's probably just me
Of course I can say this having stayed up for the entire thing (Yes, I'm insane)
T'was good to see RadioSEGA play a part in the awesomeness =D

Loving the Plug Code by the way ;D
