Default Anyone done any console mods?

Title says it all. I have done one or two myself. One was an easy LED swap on a model 1 Genesis because I had to replace a few small caps I found to be leaking during a cleaning and had a perfect sized LED laying around. The other was a region switch mod on one of my Genesis 2 which I ended up selling a year or 2 ago when I got my X'Eye, as it seemed to play Japanese games just fine.

Does Softmodding count in your terms? If yes, I have softmodded my Wii and PSP.
