No, I don't like country music.
Please stop using the word over-rated.
I like the song 'Gonna buy me a boat'. It was on the radio loads the weekend my brother got married, and whenever I visit him we go fishing in the boat, so it brings back good memories.
Tic Tac, sir?
It's not VGM so I don't care.

I don't mind country music. Honestly, I would like to hear it in more video games.
Concept: "Mobius" is still alive. Check out the "new" area!
Help needed for Sonic fangame project. Artists, programmers, and modelers, mainly. If you are interested, message me.
You don't know what 'over-rated' means.
Personally, I'm sick of it. For one it's always playing at my job, two the vibes I get from it annoys me.
Doesn't over-rated mean something that's popular but doesn't really deserve to be?
(in which case country music perfectly fits that criteria)
Yeah I'm sick of it too it's all the same & they sing about the same freaking subjectsPersonally, I'm sick of it. For one it's always playing at my job, two the vibes I get from it annoys me.
(e.g love,break-ups,trucks,beer,etc)
I have absolutely NO idea how the genre got this popular but I'd love to help take it down & get VGM more widespread!
It was the WORST thing to happen to the music industry!
As much as I can't stand bombastic orchestral VGM I'd even rather listen to THAT than ANY country song past or present!
THAT'S how much I despise country music!

No I would HATE to see country get involved with games if it MUST be in a game keep it confined to rhythm games because the day country gets involved with games (like if a licensed country song shows up on a game OST or if they get a country singer to compose music for a game, whichever comes first) is the day I stop listening to VGM!

The way I see it these days overrated has become such a subjective term for anything you may not like that the majority likes.
