Finally got around trying out Braid.

It's a very strange game, to say the least. O_o But it's fun. I still have to figure out quite a lot of stuff haha. Especially in that world where the time spins back on itself (World 4?).

I've never given the multiplayer in Gears of war 2 much time before but it's ot a x20 experience thing going on at the minute so I've been giving it a proper crack. Im getting into it but I keep going back to Horde. I just love it. And with the experience bonus im levelling up after every wave.
I gave the multiplayer BETA of Medal of honour a go last night aswell. It's like they've grabbed COD and Battlefield and rubbed them together. You get your mortar strikes like in Battlefield but they only unlock after you get a kill streak like in Cod. It's a bit faster than Battlefield too. The graphics are arse poor but it doesn't really affect the gameplay so im not too bothered about that. The maps are pretty good to, There pretty big size and lots of places to take cover and snipe.

I've been playing Super Mario 64 like friggin' crazy. I've gotten 101 stars on my save file (I had about 70 or so at around the beginning of the week). sigh I need some new games.

EDIT: Finished the game today. :)

Played the Kane and Lynch 2 demo, it's pretty good. Solid enough third person shooter that doesn't do anything massively new but it's got some cool style to it with the filmed with a digital camera type feel. Only played the demo of the first game but it seemed really really clunky so this seems like a huge improvement.

I got Braid a while ago and have never completed it.. I didn't want to cheat and look up a guide, but every now and then I come back to it and try to figure out some of the puzzles

How do you feel it compares to Sonic Rush? I actually really enjoyed SRA far more than the original, the level layouts just seemed to flow better, less cheap deaths, more enjoyment in general from racing through.

Anyways.. At the moment I'm playing DeathSpank on XBLA. I really miss playing Torchlight on Steam, which I can't currently play due to my PC being broke, and this netbook can't handle it at all, so this is a nice alternative.

I quite like the humour in it, and it's a pretty big game for a arcade title, should keep me going for a while!

I was playing a spot of Monkey Island last night, and I'll be going back to it tonight when I go to cook. Awfully fun, and very funny.

You already knew that, though.
