Nope, since I'm not appreciated much here any more I don't read anything on previous pages.

Well... I'm hopping to eventually get enough money for the limited edition. Though I must hurry because of the "limited". Though limited editions are never always for a short time.

Well, the North American release of Generations is out today on the Nintendo 3DS, just this close to snagging my copy of it ^^ In the mean time, for those overseas enjoy 150 screenshots of the game at this link.

Annnnd here's the Japanese trailer for the game, which combine both console and handheld versions

In other related news the console version of the game continues to plummet in the UK sales chart, though this is justified due other big games released there (like Uncharted 3, Skyrim, among other titles)

A hurry for the thread's 100th page. :P

Anyway, I am sad that the game's sales are dropping indeed. It is somewhat reminding me to the end parts of Sonic's great carrier back then.
I just hope Demensions can make things better IF there will be one.

I'm sorry, but how is that news? Did you honestly expect the game to sell at the same rate as it did at launch for the rest of eternity? Or that it was going to suddenly going to pick up and smash records after a few weeks? Of course it, like every other game that has ever been made, was going to slip in the charts sooner or later.

Hell, charts are barely even newsworthy at the best of times. Sales figures? Sometimes, when you're looking for the possibility of a sequel, but charts? Nah, only really when two hyped games are released on the same day as direct competition with one another. And even then it's not worth much more than allowing us to comment "Oh, hey, [Game1] just edged out [Game2]. Ah well." before we return to our empty, empty lives.

That's so true; whoever said Generations was going to mantain its rank in the chart in the first place? I'm with you on what you said, as I too don't mind what's "beating sales" or not, I just wanna play em! :) (If I had enough money....and I mean ENOUGH money. )

EDIT: Apparently, Sonic Generations for the 3DS is a Club Nintendo-eligible title. Huh.
Now I really need this game....
